Localphone Ltd. Manila Delivery Center story began in 2014. Back then, we were a small captive call center with a big vision and we were known as the back office for Localphone retail customers, Voxbeam wholesale division and Magic Telecom DID back office processors. Two years on and plenty has changed, we may have not grown a lot but we became more globally connected than ever before. Attributes of a successful BPO is on us we remain true to the core values of our organizations, which is to provide excellent customer service. We believe that the improvements in VoIP technology and our ever growing talent pool here in the Philippines will make outsourcing more than just a cost saving tool for forward looking businesses. Today, we are ready for the future. Ready to be entrusted to provide more services for more brands.
The call center operates at 15th floor RCBC Savings Bank Corporate Center, 25th and 26th sts. Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City . We are gearing up to transfer to a second office in Park Triangle Square. Our team boasts more than 50 specialists across 3 countries, USA, UK and the Philippines.
