VXI FAMILY SET TO GET BIGGER AS NEW RECRUITMENT HOME OPENS

The new recruitment hub of VXI Philippines (VXI PH), located at the ground floor of Panorama TechnoCenter building in Quezon City, is spacious, cozy, ergonomic, and most of all, inviting, pleasant, and appealing.
If a first impression lasts, applicants trooping the facility will be, without a doubt, enticed by the prospect of working for the company recently awarded Best Contact Center and BPO Company of the Year. A positive first experience may encourage them to see their application through all the way to employment, and hopefully, a long work tenure.
At least, that is what Executive Vice President Jared Morrison is expecting: a growing family here in North EDSA.
“Of all of our sites and recruiting centers in the entire Philippines, this one is going to be the busiest and would see the most action. We are continuing to grow in this area. Thank you for all the work that you do,” Morrison said during the inauguration of VXI Panorama’s recruitment hub.
Morrison and VXI PH Vice President for Talent Acquisition Debbie Rose Santos were both all smiles as they lead the ceremonial ribbon cutting.
In his brief address, Morrison explained the importance of giving future VXI family members a positive first experience. “The big first experience they have with our organization is when they come through the recruitment process. The most important part is how they engage and interact with you guys through the recruiting and screening process because that’s really where we put our first foot forward as a company,” Morrison said.
He added: “How we see ourselves as an employer, that all starts here, in these rooms.”
Morrison also believes that recruitment plays an important part not just in bolstering workforce population, but also in promoting VXI’s brand identity. For Morrison, the modern recruitment hub will help improve VXI as a brand. “I’m excited about what this facility will do for our public profile as a company and what it will do for our reputation as an organization,” Morrison said.
