Ubiquity Global Services Philippines, Inc. in Bacolod Continues with its Expansion

Ubiquity Global Services Founder and President Matt Nyren and Country Manager Erick Canlas were joined by Bacolod City Councilor Em Legaspi Ang and Bacolod-Negros Occidental Federation for Information and Communications Technology (BNEFIT) Executive Director Jocelle Batapa Sigue last March 19 during the inauguration of their third space at the Negros Frost CyberCentre in Bacolod City

Launched in March 2014, Ubiquity Global Services Bacolod Delivery Center pioneered the Business Process Outsourcing for Prepaid Financial Services, with a starting count of fifty employees. In a span of only four years, the site has grown into more than 1,000 team members, and have recently expanded to create capacity for even more exciting growth.

Currently housing 800 seats in its Phase 1 and 2 locations, the Bacolod site expanded further into its Phase 3, housing 330 seats, to accommodate a total of 1,100 production seats to support its ever-growing workforce and clientele.

The site’s success is supported closely by the Bacolod-Negros Occidental Federation for Information and Communications Technology (BNEFIT), an active partner of the government in creating jobs and driving innovation for the local Bacolod community. Together, with its global sites in the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and the Philippines, Ubiquity is transforming the Customer Experience with highly engaged teams and the most innovative technologies in the outsourcing industry
