Manila, Philippines — Sitel Group recently announced the appointment of Drew Fernandez, a seasoned global Human Resources (HR) executive, as its new Chief HR Officer (CHRO) for the Asia-Pacific region.

Fernandez brings 15 years of global, regional, and local HR experience from the fast moving consumer goods industry. After spending a decade working abroad in the UK, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Laos, he has come home to the Philippines to join Sitel. With his vast experience in various aspects of human resources, shared services, HR innovation and organizational development and transformation, Fernandez is well-positioned to lead Sitel in scaling up its HR Organization to achieve the BPO Company’s ambitious growth and business goals in the Philippines and across the region.

He brings a forward thinking-business approach to Sitel, attuned as he is to the rapid and disruptive changes of our digital world and its millennial dynamics. He is keen to continue leveraging technology and future-proofing the business by optimizing the potential of Sitel’s diverse employees.
