Teleperformance Philippines honored in the 2018 Asia CEO Awards Circle of Excellence

Teleperformance Philippines Managing Director Travis Coates and Teleperformance McKinley (formerly Intelenet Global Philippines) Head of Operations Bireswar Singh, together with the senior leadership team, received the Asia CEO Awards Circle of Excellence recognition on October 16, 2018 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City
Asia CEO Awards is the largest business awards event in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. With the theme, “Let’s Build This Country,” the event aims to bring together senior leaders of the country through the recognition of accomplishments and contribution of individuals and organizations in nation-building. Asia CEO Awards also seeks to present the Philippines and ASEAN region as one of the world’s premier business destinations.
In the Top Employer of the Year category, Teleperformance was nominated for its sustained effort in the development of the country’s economy through uninterrupted talent acquisition and commitment to people development. Among the strongest criteria of this award was the presentation of an international recognition in which TP underscored its Great Place to Work® certification – a program that assessed the company’s corporate culture through its actual workplace, leadership and growth and learning opportunities. The Top Employer Circle of Excellence recognition was received by Teleperformance Philippines Managing Director Travis Coates.
Meanwhile, Teleperformance McKinley was also enlisted in the Executive Leadership Team Circle of Excellence. Bireswar Singh, Teleperformance McKinley Head of Operations, received the recognition on behalf of the company. The company was honored for its business expansion through the creation of over 3,000 job opportunities in 2017, a CAGR of 60% over the past three years, and investments in Manila Boys Town as part of its corporate social commitments. Teleperformance McKinley site was recently welcomed to the Teleperformance Group, following the successful acquisition of Intelenet Global Services.
Previously, Teleperformance Philippines was named as the Top Employer of the Year at the 2017 Asia CEO Awards. The company continues to be among the best organizations to work for in the Philippines with its 21 sites and around 44,000 employees across Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
