ONET’s growth revolution: Legazpi Delivery Center goes live

ONET launched its newest delivery center at the Embarcadero de Legazpi Complex in Albay last April 24, 2019. ONET (Outsource Network Contact Center and Back Office Services), a locally-owned provider of full-suite outsourcing solutions, expands its national footprint with the launch of their latest delivery center in the Embarcadero de Legazpi Complex in Legazpi, Albay last April 24, 2019.

ONET first established its presence in the Embarcadero de Legazpi area in 2017 as a BCP center with 20 seats; and later on proved to be a key outsourcing delivery location with its rich and diverse talent. The new ONET Legazpi delivery center is the 3rd largest ONET site seating about 100 staff and leaders, providing 24/7 customer care support to the country’s premiere healthcare provider. The new facility features a modern reception area, training room, production area and a recreational patio overlooking the Mayon Volcano and bay.

In the Philippines, ONET employs more than 550 staff in Makati, Cebu, Legazpi, and Davao. The company continues to provide world-class contact center operations and high-value business solutions to 41 brands across 16 different industries nationwide.
