April 26, 2023

True to their core of being growth-seekers, MicroSourcing sent the most representatives—90 employees out of a total of 310 attendees—to the industry-organized Leadership Workshop Series 2023 on April 24, held at the AIM Conference Center in Makati City. The nine-hour program covered extensive discussions on a variety of subjects aimed at developing skills and confidence to drive transformational change.

The workshop series was organized by the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP), the official organization of contact centers in the Philippines, which focuses on promoting the country as the “heart of CX” and a premier destination for outsourced contact center services.

The 90 delegates from MicroSourcing actively participated in the series, which covered a wide range of topics such as transformational leadership, coaching, change management, team performance, execution excellence, and personal branding. Through a combination of lectures, group discussions, and interactive activities, the attendees were able to gain valuable insights and practical skills that they can apply in their daily work.

“At MicroSourcing, we are a team of dedicated professionals who love helping clients solve the most difficult challenges they face. Because we care so deeply about our clients’ success, we are always happy to invest in the professional development of our people,” said Haidee Enriquez, CEO of MicroSourcing. “We seize opportunities to be bigger, bolder, and better not just for the company but for the industry and the country. Workshops like this allow the contact center industry to continue to improve the quality of the services we provide to the rest of the world.”

According to MicroSourcing Learning and Development Manager Christine Puasa, the company has developed many programs that are 100% designed to give the participants the skills to realize their best and make an impact for their teams and the clients. “We upskill our growth seekers and provide training and workshops that nurture the talent of our team members.”

Throughout the years and during all stages of development, MicroSourcing has created a culture that promotes continuous learning. The company’s participation in the CCAP Leadership Workshop Series 2023 is just one example of MicroSourcing’s dedication to providing its people with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.
