VISAYA Hailed as PH Best Employer Brand for the 3rd Time

It’s a 3-peat win for VISAYA as the company is recognized as one of the Philippines’ Best Employer Brands for 2023 during the 18th Employer Branding Awards at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Makati City, June 7. The award ceremony is part of the Philippine Leadership Congress where outstanding individuals and organizations in the country were also recognized. VISAYA won the same award in 2019 and 2021. 

Present during the awarding ceremony were Management Committee members Marvi Pagente, Sourcing and Talent Acquisition Manager and John Ray Lomugdang, Marketing Manager. 

Moreover, the recognition highlighted the efforts of the company in promoting inclusivity, empowerment, and service-oriented work ethic within its service delivery centers. The company currently maintains presence in Ortigas, Dumaguete, Bacolod, and Las Vegas, Nevada. Winning the award is in-line with the short-term plan of establishing a global brand that provides best-in-class services. Current lines of businesses of the company are in Healthcare Information Management, IT Consulting, Finance and Accounting Outsourcing, and Contact Center Delivery.
