Exciting news! We’re thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotions of two incredible leaders who’ve helped shape our success: Mike Schwermin and Khalid Khursheed.
Mike Schwermin, a cornerstone of our technology team since 1998, is now Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Mike’s journey from network engineer to technology guru is a testament to his talent, commitment, and leadership. As Senior Vice President, Mike will continue to guide us into the future of technology, ensuring we remain on the leading edge and helping us deliver best-in-class solutions and services to our clients.

Khalid Khursheed, the driving force behind our continued success in the Philippines, is now Senior Vice President and Country Manager. Since joining us in 2012, Khalid has been a primary reason for our success in the Philippines and a significant contributor to our global operating model. He’ll continue to have complete operational oversight while expanding existing operations and work with our Technology Enablement Committee to further our business and technology solutions.
