Enshored, a global outsourcing company, proudly announces a transformative collaboration with Kumon. This initiative aims to empower 100 children of Enshored’s Heroes with a learning experience that will unlock their true potential for life.
At the heart of Enshored’s mission lies a profound belief in the power of learning as a catalyst for personal and professional development. It’s not just a value but an active commitment that propels individuals toward evolution, mobility, growth, and transformative experiences.
Enshored Academy: Powering Education
In 2020, the community of San Juan, La Union faced an educational hurdle exacerbated by the pandemic. Lower-income families struggled to provide educational support to their children. Recognizing this challenge, Enshored’s Chief Administrative Officer, Miguel Enriquez, took proactive steps by partnering with Sinapangan Elementary School to initiate a project for these children.
Starting with a small group of families, they formed a pilot class of 15 kids. Fueled by the motivation to provide education to the underprivileged, Enshored Academy expanded its reach, acquiring four dedicated teachers for the growing number of students. By 2021, Enshored had equipped the families associated with Enshored Academy with computer sets and stable internet connections, further supporting their children’s education.

Similar to Toru Kumon’s dedication to crafting math worksheets for his son Takeshi, who faced mathematical challenges, Enshored recognized a critical need within their community during the pandemic.
