TP Pride members and officers celebrate and receive the Bahaghari Awards recognizing TP’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

TP was named as a finalist for the Company of the Year Award, the Pride Network of the Year Award for its TP Pride employee resource group (ERG), and the LGBT Leader of the Year Award.
As a finalist for the Company of the Year Award, TP was recognized for its consistent efforts in cultivating an inclusive workplace where LGBTQ+ employees feel empowered, supported, and celebrated for who they are. Among its initiatives are the Train-the-Trainer sessions that empowered educators in TP with skills and knowledge about sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and sex characteristics (SOGIESC) as well as the regular Queertuhan sessions. This year, over 2,000 individuals participated in TP’s Pride March contingent, a 30% increase from the previous year. Other initiatives include forums, podcasts, e-learning, conferences, and community-based activities.
