MicroSourcing and Beepo take a stand against fraud with CCAP’s One Trust Link

“Fraud has no place in a people-first industry,” said MicroSourcing and Beepo CEO Haidee Enriquez, “and we are stepping up to help make sure it stays that way.”
In a move that signals stronger industry-wide collaboration, MicroSourcing and Beepo have joined the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) One Trust Link Project, a cross-company initiative designed to keep fraud out of the IT-BPM workforce.
This tool empowers IT-BPM companies to verify if a candidate has been involved in fraud-related offenses, creating a secure and transparent hiring environment across the industry.
“By joining the One Trust Link network, we’re strengthening our collective defenses against bad actors, safeguarding our people, our clients, and the integrity of our business,” Enriquez added.
MicroSourcing and Beepo signed the Data Sharing Agreement in April 2025, with governance protocols underway. Bys tepping into the circle of early adopters, they’re helping lay the foundation for a safer, fraud-resistant industry.
