Quezon City, Philippines — June 10, 2026 — Foundever®, the next-generation service leader reinventing customer experience (CX), hosted development sessions for the Pathways Program, bringing together representatives from the Language Academy team, Caritas Philippines and Alay Kapwa Community Schooling (AKCS).

The sessions marked a key milestone in the development of the Pathways Program, the flagship initiative of Foundever.org in the Philippines, which aims to help out-of-school youth transition into employment, higher education, or technical-vocational pathways through structured training, mentoring and real-world preparation.

Together, Foundever and Caritas Philippines designed a learning journey that reflects both the realities and aspirations of its learners. Many participants are balancing education with work, family responsibilities and financial challenges while aspiring to secure stable employment, pursue higher education or build careers in industries such as customer experience, hospitality and healthcare. The program covers self-development, communication, employability and digital skills, followed by mentoring, coaching, workplace exposure and certification.

According to Benjamin Custodio, Growth Lead at Caritas Philippines, the program was designed to address the persistent gap between education and workforce expectations.

Many learners face challenges in communication, digital literacy, teamwork and workplace readiness. The goal is not only to help learners earn a diploma, but also to equip them with the skills, values and mindset needed to succeed in the workplace and become active contributors in their communities.”

Led by the Language Academy team in collaboration with Caritas Philippines, the modules are designed to align with current workplace expectations and emerging workforce demands. “Foundever is helping strengthen the curriculum by integrating actual workplace scenarios, challenges, and expectations,” said Francisco Jose II, Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition at Foundever. “It’s the difference between learning something in theory and experiencing how it works in reality.”

Beyond curriculum development, Foundever employees will also have opportunities to volunteer as facilitators and mentors throughout the program. Through classroom engagement, coaching sessions and career guidance, volunteers will help learners build confidence, strengthen employability competencies, and gain exposure to professional environments.

Alignment ensures we prepare learners for real opportunities in the most effective and practical way possible,” Jose explained. “We’re doing more than just building workers and careers – we’re building people.”

The Pathways Program aims to support 50 learners aged 18 to 30 and targets at least 80% of participants securing employment or pursuing further education upon completion. Through the combined efforts of Foundever.org, Foundever in the Philippines, Caritas Philippines, and AKCS, the initiative seeks to create meaningful pathways to opportunity and help more Filipino youth build brighter futures.
