Mickey Ocampo has been involved in the contact center industry since 1999 focusing on sales and business development in the BPO industry.  Mickey is currently the Head of Business Development and Administrative Support for Pilipinas Teleserv, Inc., one of  the  leading  100% Filipino-owned and managed contact center companies in the country.  Teleserv is one of the seven founding member companies of the CCAP.  Mickey serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of CCAP responsible for SME, Marketing and Investment, and oversees the CCAP Procurement Council.

Mickey is a graduate of De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Degree major in Marketing Management.”
