Government Partnership
The Philippines continues to make considerable progress in the area of east of doing business and country competitiveness. Both fiscal and non-fiscal incentives play a role in attracting and retaining investments in the country.
CCAP maintains a healthy relationship with government, supporting its economic programs and continuing to dialogue on areas of mutual concerns.
CCAP supports the following efforts:
- Advocating for continued government support through an economic and policy framework that is conducive to trade with, and investment by, all existing and prospective partners from all geographies
- Advocating for more evidence-based evaluation of incentives (fiscal and non-fiscal)
- Advocating for modernization of policy and regulation like flexible working arrangements that reflect global trends in IT-BPM Advocating for continued government support through an economic and policy framework that is conducive to trade with, and investment by, all existing and prospective partners from all geographies
- Improving IT-BPM sector information (comprehensive, up-to-date) that enable evidence-based policy setting
