Team Leader Summit
The contact center business relies much of its success to a band of dedicated and knowledgeable leaders on the floor. These Team Leaders are the direct link between the frontline team and the client, and who has control over the customer experience that can make or break the business. The Team Leader Summit aims to will help Team Leaders become better leaders.
The Team Leader Summit is a half-day session where team leaders get to hear from a number of speakers and coaches from the industry. These are seasoned, active managers who had been team leaders earlier in their careers sharing their insights on varied leadership topics while drawing from their experiences climbing the corporate ladder.
Objective
The Team Leader Summit aims to inspire and energize team leaders that they become better at effectively leading their teams in their respective organizations.
Who May Attend
This event is open to tenured or up and coming Team Leaders of CCAP member companies.
