TP shares rewarding employee experience as Great Place to Work® with GroceRush holiday promo

Staying true to its commitment of being a Great Place to Work®, Teleperformance Philippines is once again hosting the annual GroceRush promo where lucky Teleperformance employees are rewarded with a free shopping spree just in time for the holidays.

Now on its 4th year, GroceRush is a nationwide activity for the new hires of Teleperformance, as well as employees who refer applicants to the company. Lucky winners drawn via raffle and top referrers were given entry to a shopping spree contest where they have ten minutes to fill their shopping carts with any items just as long as they don’t go over Php20,000.

The event is held simultaneously in Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao and scheduled with a total of three runs per region before the year ends.

Adding bonus fun and excitement to the promo, TP also added the “Three Wishes” portion this year where the first contestant who made it to the cashier was given three additional gift showcases, each worth P10,000.

The fun promo became even more meaningful as some of the new hires who were among the lucky participants in the first of three legs generously decided to get sacks of rice to donate to the victims of the recent earthquakes in Mindanao. Demonstrating true empathy and care for others, the winners showed exactly what TP looks for in the people that they hire and nurture within its 21 business sites across the country.
