Eric has over 25 years experience in the service industry having started on the operations floor and worked his way up the corporate ladder. He is a consummate explorer have lived in four countries and traveled to 45 countries. He currently is the SVP for Business Development for APAC at IBEX and a board trustee of CCAP. He is an advocate of diversity, employee engagement and community involvement.
