Haidee is the Chief People Officer of Sitel in the PHANZ region, leading the combined people functions – Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Culture and Communications, People Analytics, and Strategic People Programs.

She joined Sitel in 2009, handled regional and global HR responsibilities as VP-HR, Asia-Pacific and VP-Global Talent Acquisition where she was responsible for Sitel’s recruitment function across 23 countries. Prior to her CPO appointment, she was the General Manager of Sitel’s countryside operations.

Haidee is an alumna of the Harvard Business School. In 2017, she was awarded the distinction “People Manager of the Year” by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). The following year, a program which she champions in Sitel, Sitel Academy, was awarded “People Program of the Year”. She is also the current Chair of the HR Council of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP).
