As the Human Resources Service Delivery Lead for the Philippines, Sheryll is responsible for driving consistent and effective delivery of HR programs and services and strategic talent management aligned with business priorities and global policies and processes. She plays a key role in fostering a talent-led culture by providing counsel and guidance to business leaders on key people issues and implementing talent practices that empower employees to evolve, adapt and drive change.

She is a seasoned HR professional with extensive knowledge in employee relations, performance management, career management, employee engagement, and Talent Supply Chain functions. Her career in Accenture spans 20+ years, highlights of which include significant contributions in resource management, high performer retention and driving change management and enablement for global and local transformation programs.

She has been tapped to be a panelist/resource speaker for campus programs, employee and various leadership forums focused on advancing gender equality, engagement and innovative talent practices in the IT/BPO industry.
Sheryll graduated from St. Scholastica’s College, Manila with a double degree in Psychology and Commerce (major in Human Resource Development) and completed her MBA from De La Salle University.
