Concentrix PH is fanatical about staff and Culture in its biggest award: President’s Club

Concentrix President’s Club, the annual and most prestigious recognition program of the nation’s largest private employer and global leader in customer experience (CX) and technology solutions, saw its biggest celebration in history on February 21 to 24, 2023.  Approximately 230 Philippines staff across various locations, levels, and departments were selected as the best of the best role models of the Concentrix Culture. Their reward? Each staff and their companion received an extravagant 4-day, all-expense paid vacation in the exclusive #Balesin island resort in Polilio, Quezon. 

Upon arriving from their chartered flights, the awardees were greeted by a welcome party comprised of no less than Concentrix President and CEO Chris Caldwell, EVP for Global Delivery Cormac Twomey, EVP for Global Sales Rick Rosso, and VP for Global People Solutions Diane Hanson from the Senior Executive Team, as well as Philippines SVP and Country Leader Amit Jagga and other members of the PH Execom. 

#ConcentrixPH #PresidentsClub2023 awardees and their loved ones received VIP treatment with daily goodie bags and merchandise, various social events as well as nightly dance parties and awarding ceremonies. Activities also included Zumba and football clinic hosted by the Azkalz, as well as a coastal clean-up, underscoring Concentrix’ priority for staff well-being and environmental conservation.
