Capital One Philippines welcomes Raoul Teh as Head of the Country

Manila, Philippines – Capital One Philippines is pleased to announce the appointment of Raoul Teh as the new Head of Country, making him the first Filipino to hold this position in the organization.
Raoul brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success as an operations executive known for delivering business growth, driving change through technology, and improving operational, customer, financial, and people measures. His professional experience spans global, multicultural business environments in the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), healthcare, and information services industries. His experience with trade associations, including work on industry roadmaps and advocacy across a broad network of senior and C-level contacts in industry and government, positions him well to drive Capital One Philippines’ continued growth and success.
Raoul reports directly to Sara Murphy who is the current President of Capital One Philippines and he will be focused on running country operations as Sara expands her responsibilities beyond the Philippines.
