Concentrix Philippines Creates Industry-First Integrated Health Hub with Kalix CX  

Concentrix, a Fortune 500® global technology and services leader that’s also the Philippines’ largest private employer with over 100,000 local workforce, launched today KALIX – its own company-built and fully managed integrated health hub designed to serve its people and eligible dependents. 

Called KALIX, inspired by the Filipino words “kalusugan” (health) and “kalinga” (care), combined with “ix” for intelligent experience, the center is designed to transform healthcare experiences for eligible employees, called game-changers, as well as their families. A groundbreaking new initiative, KALIX is a fully integrated health hub that will offer free primary care, multi-specialty consultations and clinic services, diagnostics, physical therapy, and heart screenings. The pilot facility is located in Exxa Bridgetowne, and can serve about 28,000 eligible game-changers from various levels and locations, including work-at-home in Metro Manila, as well as their dependents.

Digitally Enabled With Dedicated Medical Team for Seamless Experience

With an experienced medical team that includes doctors, nurses, medtechs, a drug test analyst, radiation technician, and clinic manager, as well as a secure digital portal, Kalix provides a smooth end-to-end experience—from booking appointments, availing diagnostic procedures, to receiving results— all digitally seamless at no cost to the patient, without affecting employees’ existing HMO benefit limits.

Integrated and Holistic Approach

KALIX, as an integrated health and wellness facility, will offer on-site care, specialized services, and a holistic approach. Every element was designed with patient experience in mind, such as its centralized pods that can handle vital signs, nurse assessments and blood extraction altogether, and having a physical therapy service, among its many features and capabilities. The facility will also provide Preventive Care services such as Annual Physical Exam and Executive Check-Up.
