Through TP Prime, TP in the Philippines’ leadership development program for high-potential senior and executive leaders, participants gain insights that further heighten their forethought and discernment shaping the next generation of transformative leadership.
Global digital services leader TP in the Philippines has launched TP Prime, a premier leadership development program aimed at preparing the next generation of executives to steer the country’s growing Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) industry.
The Philippine IT-BPM sector remains a key economic driver, employing over 1.82 million Filipinos and generating USD 38 billion in revenues in 2024, according to the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP). With revenues projected to rise by 40% by 2028 and rapid advances in AI transforming business operations, TP Prime seeks to ensure strong, future-ready leadership that can navigate these shifts.
Leaders Designing the Future
For TP Prime’s pioneer batch, 18 high-potential leaders are participants, each identified to lead with purpose and drive organizational growth. The program focuses on self-mastery, operational excellence, technology innovation, strategic management, and life design.
“TP Prime has helped me become more self-aware. As a leader, everything we say and do influences others. That awareness is key to leading with purpose,” said Marick Miraflor, Vice President of Operations, who has been with TP for 17 years.
The programs also enable participants to design their professional and personal growth paths with intention. TP Prime ensures a well-rounded and balanced approach to growth, from self-mastery to management strategies, which goes beyond the participant’s careers and helping enrich their lives.
“The life-designing portion really stood out for me. For the first time, I’ve mapped out my next 10 years with balance across work, health, and career,” added Kunal Dixit, Vice President of Finance and Business Controls.
Far-Reaching Impact
Beyond personal growth, TP Prime reinforces TP’s long-term strategy of developing homegrown talent.
“Our people are the driving force behind TP’s success. Investing in leadership ensures sustainable growth not just for the company, but for the industry as a whole,” said Rahul Jolly, Chief Executive Officer of TP in the Philippines.
TP Prime also complements other TP initiatives that promote inclusive development, such as the TP Skills Training to Employment Program (TP STEP), which provides training and job opportunities for underserved communities and has achieved an 88% industry hire rate. TP also continues to expand its Culture & Belonging programs to empower women, LGBT+ team members, persons with disabilities, and individuals without formal degrees.
“In an evolving industry, investing in people keeps us competitive and future-ready. TP Prime is a testament to our commitment to a culture of excellence and growth,” said Jeffrey Johnson, Chief People Officer of TP in the Philippines.
