Foundever in the Philippines recognized as a Top Workplace in Asia and Top Community-Centric Company in Asia

Foundever®, the next-generation service leader reinventing customer experience (CX), received recognition at the ACES Awards 2025, earning honors that reinforce the company’s commitment to people, community, and sustainable growth. Foundever in the Philippines was recognized as a Top Workplace in Asia for the fifth consecutive year and a Top Community-Centric Company in Asia for the second consecutive year, highlighting its continued focus on creating meaningful opportunities and positive impact for employees and the communities they serve. 

“I feel like we’re a neighbor that shares Wi-Fi because we keep our employees engaged with the community that we are part of. We provide employment opportunities. Annually we hire around 30,000 individuals, so it gives us a lot of leverage in terms of giving opportunities to the labor force. And lastly, we also upskill our individuals through our Language Academy program, which we are very proud of,” said Willy Lim, Vice President for Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, and Talent Acquisition for Foundever in the Philippines, China, and Malaysia.
