MicroSourcing and Beepo open new Clark service delivery center, expanding access to talent beyond Metro Manila

To mark the opening, Haidee Enriquez, CEO of MicroSourcing and Beepo and President of the Customer Xperience Association of the Philippines (CXAP) also led a video walkthrough of the new service delivery center, offering a first look at the facility and sharing the group’s vision for continued growth in Clark and across the Philippines. The facility, located within the Clark Freeport Zone, accommodates up to 400 professionals and is designed to support global clients across a range of business functions, from customer experience and back-office operations to finance, technology, healthcare, and professional services. Built with enterprise-grade security, redundant power systems, and multiple internet connections, the center provides the operational resilience increasingly required by organizations building distributed teams.
