Foundever turns shared purpose into action at Walang Gutom Kitchen

Supporting communities through continued partnership and hands-on volunteerism

Pasay City, Philippines — Foundever®, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, continues to strengthen its commitment to community impact through an ongoing partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Walang Gutom Kitchen. Through the initiative, associates and leaders come together to help prepare and serve meals for communities experiencing food insecurity.

Since December 2025, associates have regularly volunteered at Walang Gutom Kitchen in Pasay City, supporting hands-on activities that include preparing ingredients, packing meals, and serving members of the community. As the sessions continue two to three times each month, the partnership reflects the continued collaboration of Foundever with government and community organizations to support initiatives that address local needs.

“Community partnerships create opportunities for people to come together around a shared purpose,” said Willy Lim, VP for HR, Marketing and TA for PH, MY, CH and ANZ. “Our continued work with Walang Gutom Kitchen allows our associates to contribute directly while supporting an organization that is making a difference for communities every day.”

The most recent volunteer session, held on July 24, 2026, also brought together leaders from across the organization. Joining Lim were Henry Valencia, Director for HR Business Partners; Juicy Oliver, Director for HR Shared Services; Shalymar Bartolome, Director for HR Employee Relations; Jennifer Vargas, Director for HR Benefits; Cholo Sunico, Director for People Experience and Culture; and Lena Madrid, Senior Manager for Marketing & Communications.

Their participation alongside fellow associates reinforced that creating community impact is a shared responsibility. Whether a leader, experienced associate or newcomer, everyone can contribute their time and take part in efforts that support the communities around them.

Through its #ForceForGood initiative, Foundever continues to create opportunities for associates to turn their time and effort into meaningful action, while strengthening partnerships that support communities across the country.
