BOGOTÁ, Colombia — The Customer Xperience Association of the Philippines (CXAP) highlights a landmark milestone for the Philippine IT-BPO and Customer Experience (CX) ecosystem as member-firm MicroSourcing officially inaugurated Casa Andina, its flagship service delivery center in Latin America.

The ceremony held on August 25, 2026 marks MicroSourcing’s entry into Latin America, expanding its global footprint to 13 delivery locations across the Philippines and Colombia. By opening Casa Andina, MicroSourcing demonstrates the global scalability of Philippine CX operational models, creating a nearshore hub that connects Latin American talent with international enterprise clients.

Casa Andina: MicroSourcing’s new Bogotá delivery center

Located at the CE Colina Building on Avenida Boyacá in Bogotá, the site was inaugurated under the name Casa Andina—a title combining casa (home, representing connection) and andina (inspired by the Andes region). The facility adds more than 230 production seats to MicroSourcing’s operational capacity, bringing its global workforce to over 10,000 professionals.

“Our arrival in Colombia represents much more than the opening of a new delivery center. It is an opportunity to connect our clients with a highly skilled talent market while creating meaningful career opportunities for Colombian professionals. We see Bogotá as a strategic platform for continuing our growth in Latin America and getting even closer to our clients in international markets.” — Haidee Enriquez, CEO of MicroSourcing Group

Championing the Build-to-Scale model

Casa Andina launches with over 120 professionals already supporting North American clients. Operating under MicroSourcing’s signature build-to-scale managed services framework, clients maintain direct ownership over candidate selection, strategic direction, performance KPIs, and day-to-day team management. Meanwhile, MicroSourcing handles local administrative infrastructure, including talent acquisition, payroll, HR, labor compliance, physical facilities, and IT security.  Historically, 60% of MicroSourcing’s clients have leveraged this model to start with individual specialized roles before expanding into dedicated full-scale teams.

Advancing Philippine CX leadership globally

As the industry association representing customer experience leaders in the Philippines, CXAP recognizes MicroSourcing’s Latin American inauguration as a proud moment for Philippine CX management models. Having established its foundation in the Philippines in 2006, MicroSourcing’s cross-border expansion showcases how Philippine operational standards, talent strategies, and governance continue to set the benchmark for high-performing global service delivery.
