CCAP Signs CSR Partnership with PBSP

December 7, 2015, Mandaluyong City – The CCAP through the CCAP Foundation and Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that will strengthen the capabilities of the contact center industry to deliver its CSR programs to a wider audience.
The MOU leverages on PBSP’s experience in stakeholder engagement for programs such as scholarships, outreach, disaster response, and education/capability building. CCAP Foundation is looking to provide scholarships for Senior High School students and Near-Hire trainees as two of the first activities with PBSP.
