CCAP to Launch “I Answer the World” Career Marketing Campaign

CCAP is set to launch the first industry career marketing campaign using the slogan, “I Answer the World”, in an executive forum and press launch in March 2016. It will be the most extensive campaign CCAP will undertake to promote contact center careers by harnessing the marketing efforts of all CCAP member companies as well as vendors and suppliers.
The career marketing campaign was developed in collaboration between the CCAP Marketing Council and Eon (http://www.eon.com.ph), one of the Philippine’s most respected public relations firms. Leading the development team was Eon’s co-founder and CEO, Junie del Mundo, who provided the campaign narrative that describes the essence of the “I Answer the World” slogan. It states:
“The world is at my fingertips.
Every time I start a call, I am not only Filipino, I become a global citizen.
My work goes beyond the four corners of my cubicle.
My work is borderless.
And because of that, I am quick, nifty, dynamic.
I am fearless.
I lead the way to the future—a world connected and constantly communicating; sharing traditions, cultures, and practices.
The world is my office. The world is my playground.
And I answer the world.”
The campaign will have presence in print and on-line media. Aside from the usual print ads and press releases, the campaign will be supported with on-line video materials and off-site activation events. Details of the campaign implementation will be discussed during the March 2016 press launch.
The Marketing Council that was involved in the campaign development are composed of Jojo Ulligan (Curo Teknika), Pushkar Misra (Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd), Ian Zafra (IBEX Global), Mickey Ocampo (Pilipinas Teleserv), Cathy Ileto (Sutherland Global Services), and Butch Valenzuela(Visaya KPO). CCAP president, Benedict Hernandez (Accenture) provided guidance in the campaign development.
