CCAP to Celebrate 15th Year

The year 2016 will be another milestone for CCAP as it celebrates its 15th founding anniversary. The celebration will begin with the press launch of CCAP’s career marketing campaign (see related story) and will be highlighted during the International Contact Center Conference and Expo (ICCCE) in September.
It was 15 years ago that CCAP was founded by an intrepid group of contact center professionals from a then young industry. The group included current CCAP president, Benedict Hernandez (Accenture), Annie Pineda (Motif Philippines), and Raffy David (Pilipinas Teleserv). Currently, CCAP includes over 90 member companies and has been recognized as the sole voice of the contact center industry representing some 794,000 employees.
