QUEZON CITY, PHILIPPINES, July 19, 2016 – Concentrix, a global business services company with a large presence in the Philippines, has opened a new, state-of-the-art facility at Tera Tower in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, Philippines, as part of the company’s ongoing expansion in the country. The facility, currently 22,500 sq. meters, will accommodate growth in high-value services and exceptional people and is part of a larger campus project that Concentrix has planned at Bridgetowne. When fully completed over the next three years, Concentrix will occupy 57,500 sq. meters over the Tera and yet to be completed Exxa and Zeta towers in the development. This complements the campuses Concentrix currently operates in other parts of Metro Manila and in the provincial sites of Naga, Cagayan De Oro, Davao and its newest operating location in Cebu. “We are committed to providing our staff and clients with the best resources and facilities,” said Concentrix President Chris Caldwell. “Our growth in the Philippines demonstrates the tremendous talent that’s here and our continued commitment to this region. Our staff represent some of the world’s best brands and repeatedly deliver better customer experience and improved business outcomes for our clients.”

Concentrix employs more than 20,000 staff throughout Metro Manila and the provinces and expects further growth in the country with its recently announced intent to purchase Minacs, another business services company with a Philippines presence. “We are recognized as an industry leader,” said Elek Toth, Concentrix Vice President of Philippines Operations and Delivery. “We are different by design and our presence in the Philippines is one of the reasons for that. With plans to grow both our staff and sites in the country, Concentrix will continue to be a driving force in the industry.” Comprising a total of 11 state-of-the-art floors for operations and back office work, plus a dedicated recruitment hub on the ground floor, Concentrix at Tera Tower creates a relaxed working space for the overall well-being and maximum productivity of its staff. Among other building features designed to attract a diverse talent pool are a centralized cafeteria, a clinic with dedicated doctor’s offices and a patient waiting area; shower suites; a fitness center; and a wellness area for mothers. Tera Tower is the anchor property within Bridgetowne which will develop into a premier destination featuring ground floor dining and easy access to various transportation, residential and retail options. It’s also within walking distance from other retail areas, dining and entertainment.
