CCAP member companies can now take advantage of the latest technology in weather forecasting that will aide companies in planning for their business continuity processes. This technology is provided by severeweather.ph in partnership with the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP), which was announced in the July 12 general membership meeting held at Makati Shangri-La.
The technology, which will be have basic service access, will be FREE for the first sixty days to all CCAP member companies that will sign up for a trial. Likewise, CCAP member companies shall enjoy a 50% discount on the regular subscription after sixty-day trial.
The severeweather.ph portal allows users to have an enhanced view of various tropical cyclone scenarios and the numerous risks commonly associated with it. Other features include provision of advanced weather analytics and communication with meteorologists from private weather organizations for those who will avail of customized solutions and high Internet security protection and availability before, during or after a severe weather disturbance. The portal is also viewable through other devices like laptops or smartphones.
