The Ready for Business program is in partnership with the National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP) in providing local government units in the countryside with the methodologies to promote their localities as IT-BPM locations.  It also provide methodologies on how to prepare and respond to request for proposal from IT-BPM companies.
