Jojo Uligan is currently the President and founding Board member of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP). He has been responsible for spearheading the Association’s numerous activities, including international trade missions, conferences, seminars, business matching and networking events.

Before joining Alorica in September 2018 as Divisional Vice President, Jojo was Chief Operating Officer of two ePLDT companies, Curo Teknika Inc, an IT Support and Business Process Outsourcing company and ePDS Inc. a Document Management Solution and Data printing company.

Jojo is a pioneer in the industry with more than two decades of contact center and BPO experience in operations as well as in sales and marketing, with continuous exposure to actual contract negotiations, business Analytics, P&L and program metrics & KPIs.
