Since founding KMC, he has remained an active member of some of the most esteemed organizations in business, to ensure KMC’s leading position in the real estate industry. Michael works with clients and government agencies such as the Philippine Economic Zone Authority and the Board of Investments.

In his professional capacity, he has a wealth of experience in advising a wide range of multinationals on their real estate needs in the Philippines. Michael is also known as an industry icon and a thought leader often quoted by local and international media outlets for his vital commentary on the many aspects of real estate. He is an active board member of nearly a half dozen companies.

As a testament to his skills, he was awarded the Young Leader of the Year Award by the Asia CEO Award Philippines in 2014.
