Mickey Ocampo has been involved in the contact center industry since 1999 focusing on sales and business development in BPO industry. Mickey is the Head of Business Development and Administrative Support for Pilipinas Teleserv, Inc., one of the leading 100% Filipino-owned and managed contact center companies in the country. Pilipinas Teleserv is one of the seven founding member companies of CCAP. Mickey has served as a member of the Board Trustees of CCAP since 2015 and currently oversees the CCAP Procurement Council and supports the other Board Trustees who oversee Membership, IT Security and SME councils.

Mickey graduated from De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Degree Major in Marketing Management.
