Since moving to the Philippines in 2001, Richard has been one of the pioneers of the Philippines IT-BPO industry. He established Infinit-O in 2005, focused on creating endless opportunities for it’s SME clients in the Healthcare, FInancial Services and technology sectors.

Today he is Chairman of the IO Group, continuing to oversee the strategy of Infinit-O to ensure long term success as well as chairing IO Labs, (A venture builder tasked with founding and scaling new businesses to solve big, real problems profitably e.g. InfinitCare, which is now the Philippines leader in providing holistic mental health programs for companies to support mental wellness in the workplace) and IO Foundation ( Give underprivileged Filipino children endless opportunities to realize their potential and fulfill their dreams through support, guidance and creative learning experiences to develop core skills and values).

As an entrepreneur, he has founded several other start-ups and today is a mentor and investor supporting for-profit social impact technology companies.

He is also active in the World Economic Forum, an Endeavor Entrepreneur (the leading high impact entrepreneurship movement around the world), supporting high growth entrepreneurs as a mentor for Seedstars (an organization that empowers the most amazing changemakers in emerging markets).
