Skand is a member of Everest Group’s Business Process Services team. He leads a dedicated team of analysts focussed on Customer Experience Management (CXM) and Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) BPS offerings from a global perspective.
He has authored multiple publications spanning the multiple functions within BPS including customer experience contact center, finance & accounting, banking, and insurance BPO space.
He advises Fortune 1000 enterprises on issues related to sourcing strategy–such as service provider selection/ portfolio optimization, sourcing models, peer intelligence, technology trends with focus on customer experience and contact centers.
He also leverages his experience to help service providers on market attractiveness, competitive positioning and differentiation, market strategy and Go-To-Market initiatives. He also advises large Private Equity firms on investments in Customer Experience/ Contact Center space.
He has been involved in project lifecycle from business development to implementation of large, complex projects requiring involvement from Boards and executive management to business leaders, support functions and third-party vendors.
