Please refer to the following guidelines regarding membership application.
Eligibility:
To qualify for membership, the following basic requirements must be met:
a. SEC-registered company operating in the Philippines
b. Existing business operation that conducts contact center services (voice or omni-channel) in the Philippines
c. Minimum of 50 seats, unless endorsed by an existing CCAP member in good standing
Annual Membership Fee: Php 100,000.00

Virtual Interview & Site Visit
- Virtual Interview with our Board Trustee for membership
Site Visit during operating hours
Approval or Denial of Membership
Company will receive a formal email from Membership Officer, notifying if company had passed the interview or not.
Evaluation of Membership Committee
Review of membership application based on initial meeting , site visit and board interview.

Once approved: Sending of SOA and settlement of membership fee.
- Welcoming of new member and online introduction to CCAP BOD.
Induction during a CCAP event.
