Please refer to the following guidelines regarding membership application.

Eligibility:

To qualify for membership, the following basic requirements must be met:
a. SEC-registered company operating in the Philippines
b. Existing business operation that conducts contact center services (voice or omni-channel) in the Philippines
c. Minimum of 50 seats, unless endorsed by an existing CCAP member in good standing

Annual Membership Fee: Php 100,000.00

Submision of Requirements

Site Visit and Interview

Site visit is being done by a CCAP BOD and CCAP secretariat preferably during operating hours.

Approval or Denial of Membership

Company will receive a formal email from Membership Officer, notifying if company had passed the interview or not.

Payment of Membership Fee

Once approved, CCAP will send a Billing Statement for membership fee. Payment must be done or before due date.

Welcoming Committee and Induction

Company will receive a formal email welcoming as a new member of CCAP and e-introduce CCAP’s BOD. Induction of new members are done during GMMs.
